Can someone help me with some advice regarding childcare costs and dates please?
I reported my cost from 2nd Jan - 29th Jan so basically whole of January. My assessment period is from 18th-17 each month. I only had 2nd Jan- 18th Jan back for my childcare cost and they said the rest 19th Jan - 29th Jan will be in my next pay. I am really confused as when I pay my next bill for February what dates do I put? I thought the whole of Feb but do I put it to work out my assessment period so 18th Jan - 17 Feb to recieve the 85%. Im not getting anywhere with UC online they just keep repeating themeselve without explaining.

Had this too! You just put the dates of childcare you are paying for, for my daughter it is monthly so her nursery fees cover from the 5th to the 5th so I’ve just paid February which covers us until 5th March! So when I’m reporting it online I just put those dates.
Have you only just started reporting costs?
He started in Jan so the fees last from the 1st to the end but my assessment period is from 18th Jan - 17th Feb so only getting some
