I heard mixed things. My doctor said if ivf is your only “risk factor” ( like you don’t have high blood pressure etc.) its ok to go over but I am still scared.

I would, but I don’t think many ivf pregnancies actually go past 40 (or far past)

I was induce at 39 weeks because I was scared...hopefully you get some clarity ❤️

I was induced at 39 weeks 3 days as my amniotic fluid decreased, found out later placenta wasn’t working as well as it should at that stage so was right for us to make a move to get baby out
Everyone’s experience is different though, just wanted to share mine
Going though IVF and then pregnancy is a rough journey, the anxiety can be crippling at times, I hope your doctor can chat through different scenarios and maybe monitor you more closely the last few weeks so that you can make a call based on all of the factors at the time, you might be doing great at 39/40 weeks and no risk factors physically and be feeling good about waiting a bit longer
Wishing you all the best and a smooth delivery when the time arrives 💫

i was ivf pregnancy and went to 41 weeks plus 3 days! xx

Mine was IVF and we went to 41+2
