First time mamma

Hey lovely ladies! I found out just over a week ago that I am pregnant with our first baby! We have not told anyone yet, so in a bubble! I am debating telling immediate family tomorrow, have you told anyone yet? Should I wait until the 12 week mark?

I am 5 weeks (ish) and told my boss and close friends. I plan on telling my family once I have had an early scan x

I feel if you want to tell people it’s totally normal to want to share your joy, pregnancy is hard and unfortunately things can happen either 4 weeks or at 40 weeks I don’t feel there is a right time, your baby your experience so enjoy ☺️

This is my second baby and my jeans already don’t fit, so I might be telling my family sooner rather than later! 😂
I also got super sick last time and I’m going on holiday with them, not sure how I will hide that.
There’s no rules about who to tell, tell whoever you feel comfortable with. People that say you shouldn’t tell before 12 weeks incase something goes wrong - what a weird thing to say? They’re clearly not going to be there for you in the darkest of times if they don’t want to know about it!

I found out today I’m pregnant after second IVF transfer and will probably tell people when I’ve had my 7 week viability scan…if I can keep it in that long 🫠😂

Period post birth

So my baby is now 4months and I still have not had my first period. Is this normal?! I don’t remember waiting this long with my other two babies! This is my first c section.

Complete Placenta Previa Major Posterior - anyone else?

Had my 28 week scan yesterday which confirmed my Placenta had not moved at all from my 20 week scan from being over my cervix. It is fully covering and posterior (Placenta previa major posterior - grade 4 the most severe) I've been advised at this stage now it would be highly unlikely to move.

Feeling very scared from what I've read online and other experiences. I asked at my last midwife appointment what they usually do if it doesnt move and she said they try to do a c section as close to 37 weeks as possible. I have a consultant appointment on Monday so expecting to know more then.

I live an drive hour away from the hospital (my local hospital wasnt equipped to deal with other high risk factors I have and was advised to transfer to this hospital further out), I'm so scared of having a bleed and being so far from the hospital.

Interested in hearing others experiences if you have the same complication. What have you been advised, how do you feel? Or perhaps you've had the same in a prior pregnancy and can share your experience?

Bottomless Pit

I had my 2nd baby on March 8th, and I AM A BOTTOMLESS PIT. Absolutely ravenous. Way hungrier than I ever was while I was pregnant! Tell me I'm not the only one 🥲🙏

Grateful I'm producing a ton of milk, though! Way more than my pregnancy, I need to make more space in my freezer 😅

When did you go into labour?

I'm 35 weeks and totally freaking out. I feel like baby is going to arrive anyday. So I'm kinda looking for people to comment 37 weeks plus 😅 so I can chill out

Over it.

I have officially made it further in this pregnancy than I did with my first. I will be 38 weeks on Sunday and 12 days today until we meet our newest little addition via c section. Who else is over it and ready for a DRINK!!!! being pregnant with a toddler is not for the weak.

Starting Zoloft postpartum!

Has anyone had experience starting Zoloft postpartum? I just got prescribed it and tomorrow will be day 1. I’m honestly pretty nervous to start, but hopeful it will make me an even better, more present, mom. 🫶🏼
