Starting Zoloft postpartum!

Has anyone had experience starting Zoloft postpartum? I just got prescribed it and tomorrow will be day 1. I’m honestly pretty nervous to start, but hopeful it will make me an even better, more present, mom. 🫶🏼

I started a low dose post partum of Zoloft and it has been amazing for me personally !!! I had been on a high dose in the past of it and I didn’t find it helpful but the low dose has been just great

I was prescribed it a few days before giving birth (was hoping it would be a couple weeks before birth to get into my system but that's not how it worked)
It helped until my body was like no, I need a stronger dose and I didn't have a provider because I had moved
Hopefully it helps you, I'm hoping to get back on it and get a stronger dosing 💛

I'm on a lose dose of zoloft, have been since before I was pregnant. If it werent for that and my abilify I wouldnt be half the mom I am. It helps me relax and focus on now instead of everything that could go wrong.

First Trimester Hell

I’m almost 8 weeks and I’m honestly a bit shocked by how hard the first trimester is. It’s not even the nausea for me, it’s the physical changes. I feel swollen, full of fluid, my hands feel weak, my legs and knees feel weak, my skin is changing so fast, I feel I’ve already aged a decade, and my breasts have doubled in size and are so sore that I can’t sleep properly. Bra hurts, no bra hurts, and lying down sometimes literally makes me feel like I can’t breathe because of the weight of them.
I really didn’t expect it to be this intense this early. How did you get through the first trimester? I’m dreading getting through the next 7 months like this… Any tips would be very appreciated.

Anxiety

I’m currently 18+6 and this is my first pregnancy with a BMI of 34-35, and I’m shit scared about my health. Currently, I’m doing alright, but I have this constant fear of getting GD. My mum had GD when she was pregnant with me, and because of my BMI, I’m at high risk of getting it. I have been eating fairly healthily, but just the anxiety is killing me. I had an ice cream just now after lunch, and all I can think of is getting GD. Plus, I have been leaning towards a C-section just because I want to have a little bit of control over the situation (IYKWIM), but I’m also scared of getting the scar infected. I would love to hear what your thoughts are so I could feel normal about it x

9 month nursery funding, help!

Hi, I'm just trying to figure out when my girl is eligible for the 9 month funding... It's the term after she turns 9 months, so it would be September term if she's born at the end of September? Because I'm sure I've read online that it's January and I'm not sure how that works 😭 it baffles my brain

Period post birth

So my baby is now 4months and I still have not had my first period. Is this normal?! I don’t remember waiting this long with my other two babies! This is my first c section.

I just found out that I’m pregnant again at 15 months postpartum. I’m gonna have another December baby. There’s a very high chance they’ll have the same birthday. I don’t know how to feel right now. I’m turning 22 in a few months. This is gonna be so hard. And I feel bad that I’ll be potentially giving birth when I’m supposed to be celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I don’t want her to feel like an afterthought.

How many weeks ?

How much weeks do you think I am ? My sisters keep saying this does not look like the measurement the dr gave me and I think I might agree
