My first was intense and empowering. I had an induction with no pain relief and it was difficult but I felt so proud of myself when the nurses found out and were floored I did it. My second was calm, relaxed, and healing. It was spontaneous labour and I was able to follow my unmedicated birth plan which I felt like I missed out of first time around. The delivering doctor even said it was the most relaxing birth she’d been apart of lol
