I’m almost 15 weeks pregnant with twins and it’s like nothing I’ve experienced with my previous singleton pregnancies.
I had the flu rather bad in December and ended up in hospital on a drip as was very poorly and dehydrated.
This week I’m suffering with conjunctivitis and a cold… really hoping it doesn’t get any worse… light is hurting my eyes, I have a constant headache, body aches and ribs feel sore… I’ve no appetite (which makes me feel worse knowing the babies need fuel but. I just can’t face food and force it down) but I am drinking at least. I keep heaving and constantly feel nauseous…
Any tips? I have 2 very active kids already that is adding mum guilt on top of all the symptoms… 🤦🏻♀️

I’m 28 weeks with twins and I have a 2 and a half year old and I totally understand what you are going through… I know this isn’t what you want to hear but there’s really nothing that will likely help… my sickness went away around 20 weeks but I still have the food aversions. Best advise I can give is to find one food you can tolerate and eat that only. I want to say it gets easier but honestly one symptom just gets replaced with another. Try to avoid getting sick as much as possible because if it’s as bad as mine was then it’s pure torture. My doctor just said to get through this and give yourself grace and everything will disappear once you give birth. I personally would rather be exhausted from 2 newborns and healing than to be pregnant 😭😭I’m here if you need to rant or anything because I sure have some tips and tricks for when the pelvic pain kicks in
