I've tried some protein coffee and protein shake and usually my stomach is a bit upset after. Do I just need to get used to it or should I try powder?

you should definitely try levels whey protein powder ! i’ve tried so many protein powders , shakes . you name it & leves never gave me digestive issues , bloating or upset stomach ! i buy it at costco . it’s on the pricey side but it’s definitely worth it !

Whey protein can cause upset stomach and is harder to digest. Most proteins also use seed oils which can also be a trigger for your stomach. I just sent you a message 🙂

Try having it with water rather than milk! Dont skull it, sip it. And if you still feel sick, try another brand!

I had this happen to me so I’ve just stopped taking protein supplements. Until recently I started up again and I put a scoop in my overnight oats which I then have for breakfast every day and for some reason it doesn’t upset my stomach that way 🤔 so maybe give that a go, depending on what flavour protein powder you have obviously 🫣
