Pregnancy Pillow

I am only about 9 weeks along but I am finding it very difficult to get comfortable in bed at night and my sleep is getting worse every night. I want to invest in a pregnancy pillow but I am unsure what kind to go for. My friend told me not to get the U shaped one as the straight long one is better. Could I please get your advice and opinions on a pregnancy pillow?? X

I use the momcozy U shaped one and couldn’t recommend anything better! I struggled with sleep very early on and it definitely helped. My back pain etc was reduced using it also. I can’t recommend anything better straight ones as this is the only one I’ve used but maybe have a look for the same brand! Xx

I had a long sausage one and that was fine with my last baby as you can use it to support your boobs, bump and knees when you sleep on your side. I think the U ones would prob be quite comfy but they do take up a lot of space in bed.

Also as we will be heavily pregnant all through summer I don’t think a U/ cocoon one will end up being nice if it’s a really hot summer!

Last pregnancy I got the Bella Moon 3-in-1 which I loved. It’s a C / U shape but the ends zip off so you can use it as a long sausage and then use the two end wedges separately behind your back / between your knees if you want to. I used it a lot for breastfeeding too once baby was born

I used a U one from Amazon and absolutely loved it. Used it for months after pregnancy, my partner was sick of it 🤣🤣

I’ve only had a u shaped one but as a usual back sleeper, I find it great as I can be angled on my back but proped up by the pillow down my back ☺️

I’ve gone for a Bella Moon pregnancy pillow, it’s a C shape and it’s honestly the best pregnancy pillow I’ve ever used! So so so supportive and comfy. This is my second pregnancy, with my first I tried so many different ones but none have been as comfy and supportive as the Bella Moon was has. Definitely recommend

Seeing a lot of October babies announcements on social media

😳 I feel like I’m the only one who haven’t announced my October baby! Everyday I open social media and someone is announcing their October baby and I even started to see some November babies being announced.

So annoyed, dog jumped on me :( now I’m anxious

I have a big dog and she NEVER jumps.. today I came home and my mum was with me visiting and my dog must have just got over whelmed and she jumped and ended up scratching my lower back,

with that I’ve bent backwards almost and stretched my lower belly and it didn’t hurt as such just felt like tha shock ligament pain but ofc I haven’t actually bent that far since being pregnant and now I just feel anxious really and just need some reassurance. It only happened about 15 mins ago and I have felt baby a little since

But why is there always something to worry about!😭

Prenatal/postnatal

How long are we supposed to take this for after birth? It’s been 3 months.

Young mum

Hi guys,

I’m just wondering if there’s any other young parents that are getting further into their pregnancy and like, genuinely just clocking that I’m gonna be responsible for a baby and I don’t know everything their is to know about baby’s I feel like I’m gonna be so useless and accidently be the worst mum in the world 🫣

Does anyone else feel like this? Or felt like this? I’m 19 and genuinely have so much anxiety about this now I’m 20 weeks lol
