So my husband is francophone and im anglophone and we wanted names that work in both languages. For a girl we’re thinking Sofia and for a boy we’re thinking Mathieu. What’d you think?

Same here we have an Alexa and a Zachary well we have a lot more but for these 2 we went bilingual my real name is really French (also from Canada)

I am French and my partner is Spanish we wanted a name that work in all countries (UK, France, Spain), with no change in the prononciation. We choose Matilda. It is not easy to find a name where you are both from different nationality. Sofia and Mathieu work perfectly
