I have read to slowly transition their schedule by 15 minute increments each day

We didnt do anything. She adjusted within like 2 days and it was totally fine.

There are 3 methods the "experts" recommend.
1. Gradual shift. 10 minutes each day for the 6 days before so the night of the time change you're already on the new time
2. Aggressive shift. 15 minutes each day for the 4 days before the time change
3. Do nothing and just deal with the early wake up the morning of then follow the clock for bedtime that night
