Flanges

I got mine figured out when I was in the hospital, they asked if I wanted to breastfeed and I said yes and so they had a lactation consultant come and help me figure out my flange size, help with questions, etc but now that im home, I need help with breastfeeding so im looking to get into seeing another lactation consultant so they can help me figure something out. I produce little to nothing no matter what I do!! stay hydrated/eat good/pump every 2-3hour/etc. Its honestly a frustrating journey and im getting extremely discouraged. I WAS producing more when I didnt pump every 2-3 hours and now Im just having a really hard time. They say supply and demand and that pumping signals your breasts to make more but its had the opposite effect on me and im sad about it. I really wanted to.
But getting with a lactation consultant! They'll help you with anything and everything you need that has to do with breastfeeding and pumping!! Best of luck❤️🙏

Get you a size chart and its the circle that fits only around your nipple.

I go between 17mm and 19 mm. I think 19 might be a little big but neither of them hurt my nipples or anything. My nipples just look gigantic after using 19mm😂 when I was collecting colostrum before birth I was using 15mm. Your size can change around through out your lactation journey.

This is 21 does it look too big guys 😭😭😭 I was told I was 15/17 but when I try anything smaller I am in pain
