We want to go to the zoo on the weekend, we're a family of 4 and it would cost us £85 just to get in the zoo. It says on the website 2 and under free. 2 and over is £20. Considering trying to get my 2 year in as under 2... have you done this and got away with it? Would you do it? Just so expensive!!

Depends if they look under two or look massive. Most don't look much especially if in a buggy. Harder to get away with it when walking

Haha same, if they ask i would just say yeah he's literally two next week or something - birthday outing!
I'd probably wing it till April ish, after that I'd feel like I was taking the piss

If your on uc then there’s places that do uc tickets for £1 just show them you had a payment at the gates after booking. There’s loads of places that does uc tickets london zoo is one x

Yeah 2 and under annoys me, should be 3 and under. First year or so they haven't got a clue whats going on so at least give us 2 years worth of benefit lol

It’s 2 AND under, so really it’s under 3.
If your baby is 2, then they are in the free category until they are 3 xx

Weren't we all told to pretend we are only a certain age by around parents. Wed approach the gates and our parents would be like, you're this age now

I would risk it lol

100% say they’re 2 next week I took my twins the zoo a few weeks ago and they didn’t get £20 worth out of it lol

If you know anyone on any benefits that could go with you they can get six tickets for £1 each
We went yesterday with my grandad
We booked the tickets online & although he’s almost 80 he showed proof of pension age benefit

If your child is 2, they are still free! ‘Age 2 and under is free’
