Burnout & Exhaustion

Mumma’s with little to no support how are we getting through the days?

My only escape is work and I’m lucky to even get there when I’m able to get someone to watch the kids I feel like it’s getting harder and harder every day I’m constantly just counting the hours to bed time or the days until I get to go to work!

I moved interstate with my 2 kids and FIFO husband who works 4 weeks on 2 weeks off in hopes to have more family support with his side but it hasn’t really worked out that way, everyone is busy and burnt out themselves but they also all have each other to lean on, I spend pretty much all my days with 2 kids a 4yr old and a 1yr old, I have severe PPD and anxiety so getting out even to the supermarket is such an effort for me I don’t know what more I can do anymore I feel stuck

I’ve got no family of my own up here, and no friends outside of his family

Yea it can be sooo hard. Ir not alone in feeling this way. Being a sahm is th hardest job i have ever had. I joke but am kinda serious i go to work for a break. Its good for my mental health to not be soo zoned in on the kids.
