Is it teething?
My baby is 3 months old. They constantly have their hands in their mouth, usually a balled up fist they are chomping and chewing on. Dribbling loads. Lots of 💩, more tetchy, drinking loads more milk. Is this teething?

It’s their 3 months development where they discover what their hands are and a way to self soothe themselves
12 week development spurt rarely it’s teething at this age
Mine is doing exactly the same
I could tell my little one is teething when her poos started smelling acidy🤣
I have no idea if mine is but I already have a dentist appointment booked in for mine he’s 18 weeks and my dentist said good to get him in and used to environment so will find out then I hope for sure
