5.5 month old who has had excema for 3 months now. As soon as it looks like it might be getting better it comes back with a vengeance. I’ve tried aveeno, epimax, hydromol, Vaseline and hydrocortisone with no luck. I spend my whole day pulling her hands away from her face to stop her scratching/rubbing and I can’t even do tummy time with her for more than 30 seconds without her rubbing her face on the floor or on her hands. Any tips would be much appreciated from a stressed out exhausted mama 😭

This stuff is brilliant. My little one had mild eczema but it cleared it quickly and I also use on my 4 year olds eczema prone skin.
Was recommended to me by a friend whose daughter suffers with severe eczema. She tried so many creams!
I use twice a day on my baby. It’s very gentle and effective. It also makes the skin super soft!! X

Im on the same journey as you. Ive researched a lot and essentially you first have to break the itch scratch cycle, i did this by using hydrocortisone and zerocream prescribed by the GP. I was religious with the zerocream, putting it on her face everytime I do a nappy change. We’re now at a place where we dont have to use the hydrocortisone. The GP also advised me to use no fragrances, no harsh detergent for her clothes and Ive now started using a water filter for her baths. Baths also must be very quick and skin must be moisturised within 3 mins of getting out the bath.
The GP also said she could be allergic / sensitive to dairy, which could be the trigger - I have started giving her probiotics + Vit D — im not sure if this is contributing to less flare ups..
Message me if you need support — my LO’s eczema flare up started when she was 2.5months and shes now nearly 6mos - it hasn’t “healed” but i feel much more confident about her flare ups ❤️
Sending solidarity your way xx

My little one had bad eczema on his ankles and red blotches over his legs. We tried EVERYTHING to sort it. We took him to the doctor when hydrocortisone wasn't touching it and he had a week of dermovate and antihistamines for the itch and you'd never know it was there. X

It was ceterizine liquid, the doctor prescribed it x
