Earwax build up/blockage 6months
Wax softner recommendations
My Lo has constantly had build up of wax inside his ear but it eventually erodes away on its own but he’s had both ears with a stubborn bit of wax that just won’t budge… it started to break away and Wednesday it was only 50% blockage which was great progress but he developed a cold yesterday and looking in his ears tonight it looks like more wax has build up behind what was already there and one ear looks very much nearly 100%
It’s now obviously the weekend and I don’t know what to do, he still responds to sounds and me talking and I don’t feel like he’s uncomfortable? I’m not sure…
I don’t want to irritate his ears and cause possible infection and with GPS now closed until Monday I don’t know if I should wait it out or get a wax softener with hopes some of you ladies give a recommendation of one that works nicely or just try some olive oil and see if I can help ease it out until I can get a doctors appointment Monday and possibly ent referral for cleaning if these stubborn wax balls won’t come out!

Hiya, if he's not apparently in any discomfort, I wouldn't do anything at all, I wouldn't put anything in his ears, I know it's tempting when you can see all the wax and not get to it but I would leave it till you see a gp. I'd 111 for advice in the meantime as it's really bothering you, but it's good that he's his usual self.
