For back pain when I had it I would stand under the shower for a little longer and then massage with extra virgin coconut oil.

Do you have a belly support band? Have you tried any psoas muscle stretches or IT band releases on your legs? Those usually help me a lot

Oh sorry I read it as lower back pain. For upper back pain have you tried a roller or a tennis ball under your shoulders to help with pressure points? Or even maybe a prenatal massage? Tight muscles can cause way more pain than we tend to think.

During my last pregnancy around this time, I pulled a rib in my upper back. All the relaxin hormone makes it easy to pull muscles. It was the absolute worst. I did chiropractor and acupuncture a lot. Acupuncture is good for birth prep too!

Anyone?! At my 35 weeks ultrasound im told that the gender I’ve been told at 20 weeks is wrong!

They told me it’s a girl and now at 35 weeks their are telling me it’s a boy. The sonographer has been different everytime! How do I trust anyone at this point?! Here’s a photo of their privates! The one who did it today said she’s 100% certain it’s a boy. Has this happened to anyone here?

Confused about C-section vs vaginal delivery

I’ve had a history of stress incontinence and general pelvic floor weakness before pregnancy and also lower back issues like sciatica before pregnancy. Now I know C-sec is a major surgery with longer recovery times but vaginal birth could lead to worsening of the pelvic floor and worst case scenario could lead to C-sec anyway! So I’m really not sure how to make a decision here, there are so many unknowns of how the birth could go and how the body can react after! Any advice on how you are choosing your way of delivery??

Back pain

Ladies i seem to be struggling with pain down the right side of my back from about above my love handles to past my bum any advise?
I did have an epidural during my second labour and my right leg was a lot more dead to the point I couldn’t move my right leg without help wondering if this is anything to do with it
