Struggle to conceive

Hello ladies,

After falling pregnant 1st time with my little one, I've been struggling this time. Been trying since roughly May last year and nothing....

Should I be concerned?

Little one was born 3 weeks early after being induced due to complications and it turned into an emergency csection x

Are you tracking your cycle? And covering your fertile days? Are you still breastfeeding your first child (assuming you breastfeed)? Are you healthy? And a healthy weight? Are you on medication of any kind?

There are many things that can hinder falling pregnancy quickly.

To get a better picture of your situation, more information is needed.

It can take up to a year to fall pregnant, which is within the “normal” range.
I wouldn’t worry just yet, as disappointing as it is.

I used ovulation strips and worked very quickly for us. I had really irregular periods after I stopped breastfeeding and fell pregnant first time i tested positive. I used the cheap ones from Amazon.

I initially struggled and ended up having two losses before having our second. Once I started tracking I fell pregnant 3 times. 2 the losses and the other my now one year old. I used pregnacare conception and fell pregnant quickly with this x

It’s took us a year and a half to get pregnant but unfortunately there is no baby in the sack at our early scan so it may be a loss but it is so hard I did go to the doctors and they said secondary infertility is higher than primary and it’s not spoken about ☹️

Pregnancy and blood thinners

After my last pregnancy they discovered a clot in my lung post C-section, I was very unwell and felt awful. Any future pregnancies I will now be considered high risk and on blood thinners as well as the likelihood of reoccurring gestational diabetes. My question is, can I hear from some of you who were on blood thinners the entire pregnancy and how this effected birth/c sections? I really want another child but genuinely scared that I will bleed to 💀

Third trimester 😭

Hey, mommy friends! 🫶🏽 I’m currently in my third trimester with baby #3, due December 7th, and whew… why is it SO hard this go-round?! 😩

Are there any other mamas just pushing through these last few weeks, too? I would genuinely love to connect with someone who understands this season so we can get through it together. We can be exhausted together, talk through the mood swings, complain about all the aches and pains, and still share those little moments of excitement as we get closer to meeting our babies. 🥹

Honestly, I’ve been feeling pretty lonely this pregnancy, even though I have a super supportive husband and two little ones who are always trying their best to help Mommy out. 🫶🏽 Sometimes, I think you just need someone who’s going through the same thing and can truly relate to how you’re feeling.

So, if you’re in your third trimester, expecting around the same time, or just need a mama friend to lean on, let’s connect! We don’t have to go through these last few weeks feeling alone. We can encourage each other, check in on one another, and count down to meeting our little blessings together. 🤰🏽

Just found out we’re having a baby girl 🩷

So excited that we just had a private gender scan at 15+4! Confirmed everything was okay with little girl, strong heartbeat of 149bpm and all her organs, bones etc are looking good and healthy so far!
I have my 16 week midwife appointment this afternoon as well, so feels like the most exciting new-mum day ever!
Just wanted to share how excited I am!
Any other early April mums know the gender yet? 🩷🩷
