Pimples, drool rash, or something else?
My little one has these spot pop up about a week ago. They aren't bothering him at all. He had them when he had his one year visit with his pediatrician and she didn't say anything about them. I dont know if I'm just being overly worried. They are more red after he eats. He doesn't have spots anywhere else on his body.

It looks like what my little one had, which ended up being a drool rash! I wiped his face a few times a day with either a wipe or a cloth with warm water and it cleared up! The doctor told me to wipe often because they drool constantly lol! Good luck 🩵💙
Looks like a rash. Best to use a warm cloth to wash off. Pat dry. Use a cream like Cetaphil (sold at Costco) or some other lotion your baby's skin likes. The cream will act as a barrier to prevent the skin from drying out. It'll also add the moisture back in.
My son had a rash similar it’s just off the drool is he teething ? Or it could be he’s loving the flavour of his food
My son had similar rash, our ped said it was moisture caused baby acne 🤷🏻♀️
