Silent reflux 12 days old

Any advice for a 12 day old we suspected silent reflux, uncomfortable laying flat on her back, randomly gulping air, spitting up milk laying down but not when contact napping. She is on 8 feeds a day of Kendamill formula due to having jaundice (which is now gone) but midwives suggest we keep waking her every 3 hours for a feed! I keep her upright for 20/30 mins after feeds, burp in between bottle too! Feeling hopeless and could use some tips/advice!

Just wondering why the jaundice meant having to have her on kendamil?

Allow contact naps during the day and if she's back at birth weight you don't need to wake every three hours, you can go off of her feeding cues and let her sleep longer if she wants to. 10-14 days old you should receive a visit from your health visitor so have a chat to them about it.
If nothing works then see your GP, GPS are very quick to prescribe medication which can sometimes not be needed, so start with your health visitor 😊
