Did I make a mistake

Im sat here pondering on the state of the world and the reality of an impending war and i cant help but feel guilty for birthing my beautiful babies into all of this... Who knows what state the world will be once I've passed and my babies are grown, with people doing horrible disgusting things towards children and mankind and the starting wars to deflect from their actions and having no respect for anyone... What hope do our kids have? I'm usually a glass half full kind of person but this is just screwing with my head.

I think it’s easy to dwell on what the world is now and feel terrible about it but the world has always been what it is, a terrible place way before us and probably after us too. Wars have always been a thing & politicians have always been evil. I think we just gotta make the best of our situation and keep fighting back for a better world so that evil won’t win. Theres no way to sugarcoat it but also understand there is so much good and beauty in the world if its the news or social media spewing all of the evil thats going on at u take a break and breathe.

Dude, I used to feel this way. But now I have to keep reminding myself that there is nothing more punk than continuing to bring goodness into the world. Bring up good and kind people so that the next generation does better. There’s still hope if we make it happen.

The best we can do is raise our babies into responsible and moral individuals. I look at it like this: those same war torn states/feuding countries and famine stricken areas are devastating but at the same time it's being supported by men that were raised lacking morals. Somewhere down the road their journeys took a wrong turn. This world-wide and sickening devastation is all these dictators know. As mamas we have to break this cycle and raise men and women to hold it together peacefully. No country is perfect but as it is right now it is damn pitiful for our current kids to be having to grow up in when we're not around. We have to pass solid wisdom, courage, and the peace of God within our babies hearts& minds.

No you didn’t make a mistake, every generation has faced something huge and overwhelming. There really is no right time, there’s never been a perfect time in history. It makes sense to feel scared sometimes. But humanity has always moved forward through uncertain times

I feel like this too, that it's selfish of me to bring children into this disgusting world. Like why would I do that. But then I think in a spiritual way, this soul was destined to be here and make that journey, it came to me because we were connected, we both came in such timing that we were meant to teach each other something on a spiritual level. On a practical level I think about how my child might do some good in the world or that maybe the future generations will be an improvement on this one

Model being kind and loving all people. Our babies are the future. A couple of weeks ago it was really getting me down but we can try and make the small difference we can by being aware, truthful and being kind always
