I’ve just had my first baby this month and want to try again next year when he’s around 1/1half

It’s a matter of personal preference really?
How many kids do you want?
How far do you want their ages to be apart?
Can you financially/ physically/ emotionally support 2/3/4 kids at a time if they are all less than 5 years old?
How much attention do you want each child to get?
How old is your kid now? Are they now 5 months old and you miss having a tiny newborn and are hormonally and really want a second one now so you can have a tiny baby again (been there. Got out of there really fast imagining a sleep regression toddler while very pregnant if I get pregnant right now)
Me personally. I have a 5 month old and I don’t want the next kid and this kid not to have a greater than 3 year age gap. That way they aren’t too close in age but they aren’t too far apart that they’d never interact. So that means I need to start trying again before his second birthday.
Don’t listen to someone on the internet that said I have 3 under 3 and I love it. It’s about what works for you.

It depends
Me and my husband wanted our kids three to two years apart

I was 18 months postpartum when I got pregnant but you know I don’t give the best advice because I struggle

It’s really up to you and when you feel ready. My doctor recommended at least 18 months between pregnancies (I didn’t listen lol). Pregnancies closer together can be at higher risk for low birth weight, premature birth and other things that I don’t remember. I don’t think the risk is all that high but if you have a history of high risk pregnancy it’s definitely something to consider.

My 1st and 2nd have a 2 year 11 month age gap(only because they have different dads) and I’m pregnant with baby 3 and baby 2 will be 16/17 months old when he gets here and my oldest will be 4.5 years old. I planned baby 3 to come between 18-24 months after but got pregnant a month or 2 earlier then I hoped but it gave me my baby boy after having 2 girls so I’m not complaining! Really is on preference if you want a smaller age gap, how long after last baby your OB suggests waiting to conceive and if you’re ok financially and emotionally to take on another child. I kinda want a 4th child but I’m going to wait about 18 months to decide if that’s what me and spouse want after baby arrives.

My boys are 5 years, 2 months apart. I actually love this age gap. My husband and I were going back and forth about having another one for years. I wanted another one, he didn’t. As soon as I gave up hope, he was ready to have another one. We both want another one but we’re gonna wait a bit as we like this age gap . We’re gonna wait also due to where we are at financially when the time comes.
This showed up within 5 minutes does it look positive ?

I’m on cycle day 25 but my cycles are normally 15 days so I’m 9 days late on my period.. maybe too early to be testing🙃

I’m 4+4 today, and still getting 1-2 weeks from conception on clear blue. Really was hoping I’d get a 2-3 by now, I’ve had 3 early losses in the last two years, currently on progesterone, aspirin & clexane. Feeling so anxious. When did everyone else get 2-3 on a digital? X

I'm on maternity leave.
Just had a new baby.
My daughter is 2.8 years old and I'm considering taking her out of nursery, but wonder if I can manage.
But surely I can, so many people look at 2 kids at one time.
Please share your experience looking after a new born and toddler.
Nursery fees are sooo much, so I'm thinking for financial reasons too take her out. But is it worth it?

So I just took this pregnancy test, and I’m looking for a second opinion.
This test looks negative to me.

I’ve taken multiple easy at homes since yesterday afternoon and all seem to have a faint line. I would say maybe a bad batch however I took an easy at home in the Wednesday when I was 7dpo and it was stark negative so feeling very confused.
