Spotting 4 months postpartum
EBF and led to believe periods don’t return until after you stop. I’ve also had twinges which feel like they are in my ovaries rather than my c section incision. Not pregnant. Has anyone had periods return whilst BFing and this early on? Could it be something else that warrants a trip to the doctors? TIA

Had a period at 4months pp and breastfeeding. So it happens
I’m the same but at 12wks PP and EBF. It came back early with my first as well. Very annoying!!
Boo! I was excited not to have it for a while again. Thank you for responding
I was breastfeeding twins and my period returned around 3.5 months pp. I was shocked as also had assumed it wouldn’t come back while breastfeeding
