Gaslighting or Emotional manipulation?
So for context me and my bd were arguing. We are still together but Gere lately he's been doing this things. Where if he does something he's allowed to do it but I'm not! Also when we are arguing he'll say something 100% but turn around and say he didn't say that or a changed the way he said it. 🤔 For example he called me a jackass, I immediately looked at him and told him "I'm not the jackass, you're the jackass." He flew off the handles and said he never called me a jackass, am I crazy or is he the problem?

Maybe ask him if he needs to talk about something but if it continues then hes the problem
He’s the problem if he’s saying things and later denying them. Google DARVO for more info on what he’s doing.
I would say to record conversations with him and play them back when he starts lying, but you’ve already lost as that means your relationship is dead as the trust is gone if you’ve had to resort to this. Not to mention he’ll just try and turn it back on YOU again, blaming you for being crazy to record the conversation in the first place.
