Is anyone else poorly? 🤒

Oh gosh me too, I'm due 15th March, and right there in the misery with you! I've had an ear infection followed by a viral chest infection so nothing I can do to treat it. Just lots of honey and lemon teas, soups/broths, and take paracetamol when you need it. Rest up! I've got a 3yr old whose also been ill so it really has been hell 😆 Don't feel able to face labour any time soon so hopefully still get a couple of weeks 🤞🏻 Get better soon x

I matched it with as much rest as possible, and i took paracetamol where i needed! X

I’ve had a cough since the start of January and a runny nose for a month now! I went to the doctor and they prescribed amoxicillin but I haven’t taken it because I’m not convinced it’s a bacterial infection. I think it’s a cold plus allergies and pregnancy rhinitis or something. Maybe I’m being stypid but last time I had antibiotics pregnant I got really sick :( I really hope it clears before baby arrives! X

I’ve had two chest infections over the last two months, had antibiotics for both, it was honestly awful! I said to my friend there was absolutely no way I was going to be able to have a baby without an epidural with a chest infection!! Can’t breathe normally let alone use my calming breathing. Luckily mine has passed for now. I really hope yours does too!

I’ve had a cold that grew into what feels like an ear/throat infection the past 2 weeks. Am due a c-section w/c 16th so am hoping it’s starting to taper off now. Haven’t taken anything, will try making a lemon and honey tea.

Update for you all: my fiancés appendix also just ruptured so he’s in hospital and I’m home alone praying I don’t go into labour ☹️ not the run up to birth I was expecting
