Is there a trainer in charge? I think tell your trainer you are pregnant and they can advise pregnant-suitable exercises within the program and also look out for you in general and check in more. Do less days, if you are currently doing 5-6 then lessen it to 2-3 and just listen to your body, rest when it needs rest, slow down take a breather when you need to. But general advice for exercise and pregnancy is to keep continuing what you were doing before as your body is used to it. Do less exercises that involve too much jumping and focus more on the weight strengthening ones if you wanna be safe. But you don’t have to quit.

I would say it’s fine to proceed as normal. It’s actually best to workout whole pregnant. Unless ur high risk and your doctors say otherwise. But in my first trimester I was doing Hot Yoga workouts and still sauna use and proceeded to go to the gym as usual. In my 3rd trimester I was still running and working out. I was slower but still did it! lol

At 27 weeks I still go at least weekly, feels great! Modifications are also possible if you talk to the instructor ahead of time. Keep going!

If you want to change things up, working out with a program designed just for you may be a good way to pivot! This is what I help my clients with!
