Vaping when TTC
Hi, I’m posting anonymously because I’m a bit embarrassed to be honest. My partner and I have been TTC for 10 months now and we both vape. We’ve tried to give up but can never give up for longer than a week. I’m worried it’s interfering with our chances of falling pregnant and I’m finding it SO hard to stop. Has anyone been through a similar situation? It makes me angry how addicted we are.

i’m not sure if it had any effect but i stopped vaping, started working out and taking prenatal and he started taking vitamins and we fell pregnant within 2 months. i know it’s difficult to quit i used a vaping alternative with no nicotine. i used the ripple bars.
I was a heavy smoker and got pregnant with my now 9mo girl
I vaped throughout my whole pregnancy, I know it’s terrible but I did have the 5mg nicotine
