What are we thinking about travelling to Dubai in April?

I would stay clear of the middle east. Best to book somewhere else and not have to worry about your flights getting cancelled or going and getting stuck out there.

Personally I’d avoid! I’m stuck in Abu Dhabi and it’s chaos trying to get home.. so better off somewhere you won’t be potentially stuck and in the middle of what’s going on!

I actually booked a couple of weeks ago to end of April, so not sure what will happen now.
Luckily my hotel is just reserved, so I can still cancel.
I would hold fire until there a more updates this week. I am travel agent and this is what we have been advised to to tell our customers

All but essential travel has been announced by the uk travel office. You probably wouldn’t even get a flight there currently. And I’m not sure why you would want to at the moment

Absolutely not

Have you seen the news coverage of what is happening at the moment? They are literally being bombed. I would avoid like the plague for the foreseeable.

You wrote: yes I have seen the news hence the post.. I don’t think it’s really half as bad as that though. It isn’t being bombed or targeted like people are making it out to be. Now ask yourself if you wasn't insinuating the reality of it or not?

Because you have no comeback and you know you are wrong. Bet you are a Reform voter.

Your privileged attitude stinks. Smells like a typical reformer. Yuck!

I would say this is unlikely to be resolved by April and unless the government warnings for travel are removed travel insurers won't cover you. Therefore if you book anything and things escalate or you want to cancel you will waste a lot of money.
There are far less stressful places to go to right now.
