Coughing
Feel like ever since my LO started nursery he’s always catching a new cough 🥺. Hopefully when spring kicks in it will stop. I think it’s because he’s on the spectrum he doesn’t understand about blowing his nose so the mucus just goes back to the throat ! Can anyone recommend anything other than Calpol to help him ?

Agreed LO started daycare November and hes been sick with one thing or another almost this entire time. Hoping the spring brings some relief.
We put Eucalyptus oil in his humidifier at night and it seemed to help some with his breathing, cough, and congestion
Get an electric nose sucker. Such a big help!
My son has caught constant colds and he doesn’t even go nursery but I’m in the same boat 😩
