I don’t believe there are many options for breastfeeding mammas 😕 Has to be progesterone only though. I’ve always taken the mini-pill and never had a period nor gained weight. Was always bam to my pre-pregnancy weight within a few months without working out.

BUT everyone and every body is different. I won’t be taking it after this baby due to other reasons but I would for sure ask your provider and do your own research.

37 this month with no friends 🙈

lol I have came to the conclusion that I will probably not make any more friends. I’ve tried to make real connections and things didn’t work out. I sometimes wish I did have someone I could hang out with and vent too but it’s ok.

I swear i feel like i make genuine connections and than they just stop replying or go ghost? I’d rather be part of discord or group chat or something

Has anyone actually made friends off this app?

Out of all the groups on here this is my favourite but I know everyone is scattered across the UK in here. Has anyone successfully met up and made friends? Been trying to find my Mum tribe since before I had my baby lol
