Screaming all day
My 2 1/2 year old just screams and cries all day long for the past week there are only short spurts where he is happy and just playing but I have no clue what is going on with him😠I feel like I’m at my wits end and my fuse is very short and I feel horrible every time I raise my voice and want to cry with him. We are in the process of moving and it’s making that a lot harder as well. I guess I’m rambling because I want to know I’m not alone right now. Trying to sit down and talk with him to calm him down does not work, he doesn’t want to be held either so cheers to toddlerhood🥲

Have you considered that he might be in pain? Not all kids get fevers when they have ear infections etc. if this it out of character for him have him seen by his ped.
My son is almost 2 and a half and he’s been doing the same thing. He’s been extremely fussy the last week or so and it’s getting to the point where it’s unbearable. I’m guessing this may be the terrible two stage and I’m just trying to keep my head above water but also support him too. You’re not alone. I’m praying for both of us! 🥲
Therapy, moving is a huge transition and toddlers have a hard time with small transitions already
Hello! From my experience, they understand much more than many people give them credit for, so maybe he needs to talk about the move? Playing a game he likes or being playful and silly sometimes helps.
As a mom of 4 and I have 4 girls I'm with you what helped me get through is to say hey when you stop screaming and crying and be a big boy and talk to mommy then mommy can help you make sure you get down to his leave cause if you just look down at him he's never going to take you seriously and I been doing this for almost 16 years teenagers are the worst so right now is the easy part wait until he's about 14 or 15 just doesn't care to listen thought terrible 2s were the worst nope cause they will listen to you teenagers forget it you got smack there 🧠out they head for them to listen lol jkjk
