Baby is 4 months and waking every 1.5 hours, I try to resettle to sleep but it never works and we are then feeding every 2 hours at night… I’m completely exhausted. He feeds every 2 hours in the day time too which makes me think somethings not right? He falls asleep straight away when I put him to bed, we have a good bedtime routine which we stick to each night and he has around 3 hours worth of naps during the day, he is so hard to settle during the night after a feed it takes around 30 mins to fall back to sleep.Advice please ladies 🤞

I wish I had the answer for you :( mine is doing the same kind of thing i get maybe 2- 2.5 hours at night and he's awake. We have a routine but he couldn't care less doesn't make him sleep any longer.
The only thing I did was long out his bottles in the day so we can go about 3 hours now. He wasnt very happy with me at all but I'd give him a bigger bottle then not giving him one till after a wake window and a nap so it was a longer period. Hasnt made a difference to the night thought.
Does your baby wake up early? We are currently up and downstairs hoping he goes back to sleep, however he is in his moses basket and there is no sign of dropping off .
If you find the magic secret that some moms must have who have babies sleep 6-9 hours, let me know!x

The 4 month regression is a bitch!!
Please don’t worry too much, I know it’s exhausting but baby will find a routine soon..
My daughter’s sleep is all over the place at the moment and we’re having multiple wakes a night too.
With the feeds, it could just be that baby is growing and needs the extra milk and especially if they’re not sleeping well. I can’t comment really on bottles as my daughter is EBF but she feeds a lot!!
Sending all the love and support, and telepathic caffeine your way!! 💕

We have gone from 3 hour feeds during the day to 2 hours he is just so fussy fighting all the naps and night sleep is dreadful last night I honestly feel like I haven't slept . The tossing and turning the resettling it's been insane .. feeding way more often than I was .. I feel like a zombie x

All our November babies are going through leap 4 then onto 4 month sleep regression. All to do with development and the fussiness/feeding more/sleep disturbances are all normal, its apparently a killer.
We are just starting it and I am knackered 😴

Its that time in the developmental stage! I had a baby who slept from 7:30/8:00pm till 2:00am and then slept till 5:00am. Resettled between them times with no issues too... to a baby who I'm lucky if she settles before 8:00pm without a fight, to waking every 1.5 to 2 hours to feed all night long! She's 15 weeks tomorrow and this started within the last week. 😬🙄

Going through the same, plus my two year old broke his leg a few days ago. Telling myself it’s all temporary and normality will be restored when we get through this phase, and just doing what we have to day by day to survive! 🥴 think that’s all you can do, sending sleep deprived best wishes to all parents of 4 month olds 💕 xx

Is this a new thing or has he always been like that?x

Thanks for everyone’s responses, really appreciated! It’s confirming to know I’m not the only one struggling. Fingers crossed that things improve for us all soon x
