Mat leave question !
When off and experiencing bank holidays when on mat leave - do you get these days as extra days off on return to work ?

Yes, ive accrued this year's and been brought froward from last year
When you’re planning your return, ask for your balance including bank holidays. With a breakdown to make sure they’ve carried over the right number. It’s often a manual calc for them, so I’d defo check their maths
I’m finding it hard to work out if the bank holidays are included within the amount I’ve been told or not 🙈
