STI from partner. 32 weeks pregnant

I’m having swabs done this afternoon, I fear I have an sti from my symptoms. The only way I could have gotten this is from my partner, meaning he has cheated on me. He did message others behind my back very early in the relationship but we worked passed it and built trust. Has anyone been in this position? How did you manage it I feel like my whole life is about to fall apart if I do have an sti.

You can actually get an sti without your partner cheating! Although it’s the most common way to attract them sometimes it isn’t the case

I’d wait to get the results and then definitely confront him. I am sorry you are going through this.

I'd wait for the results & then ask your partner to get tested. You'll need to know anyway if he has an STI so he can get treated but also those results may give you the answer?
