4 month fear… 😧

My baby is nearly 14 weeks and I am SO ANXIOUS about him turning 4 months. He’s an okay sleeper , some good some bad nights. But all I see is people struggling at 4 months and I’m terrified!!

I completely get this!! There is soooo much talk of the 4 month regression everywhere it really does make you anxious! My LO is 15 weeks on Wednesday!

Im trying really hard not to think about it too much (easier saod than done!) And just go with him & how hes doing each day rather than think he'll suddenly chabge at 4 months!

Hes a refluxy/ colicy baby so already unsettled so im hoping its no worse than it already is!!!

My 2 year old didn’t go through any ‘sleep regressions’ don’t stress, people only talk about the negatives unfortunately. You won’t see people actively saying how they didn’t have a hard time x

I have been worried about this since day one! My son had a horrible 4 month regression. My daughter will be 4 months this Sunday and I am just waiting for the awful nights! 😭

Its hard not to stress about it but I'm really just trying to take each day as it comes.

My first daughter had an awful 4 month regression but I know a lot of people that didn’t go through it and they had worse regressions when we didn’t. Try not to worry about it as it might not happen at all for you! They are all different

My baby is 14 weeks and shes started a bit early with it. Its temporary. Just remember its a development stage. I am just rolling with it. (Coffee is my bff)

I’m currently in it for a week now at 18 weeks. It’s rough but honestly not as bad as people make out. I’m surviving and taking each day as it comes, it’s temporary and will pass. The mornings smiles make it all so much easier if it’s been a bad night ❤️
