Sleepsack tog
Our room is between 18-20 throughout the night and I usually put my LO in a short sleeved vest and sleep suit, what sleepsack tog would you recommend?

I usually have a 2.5 tog on. But i feel like he wakes as he's cold tbh.
His room is the same and I put him in a short sleeve vest, sleepsuit and 1.5 tog
Similar room temperature. She is in a sleepsuit and 2.5 tog sleeping bag. Sometimes we put a vest underneath if it’s a particularly cold night
