HELP

Is this a cold sore, Im panicking like hell. Help. I don’t have a clue how he could have got a cold sore apart from my mother in law but Ive always told her not to kiss him! Could it just be a spot from drooling due to teething. Neither me nor his dad have cold sores. Do I need to get medical attention asap?

If in doubt ask a doctor.

Could be angular cheilitis which usually happens in the corner of the mouth - I get it sometimes and isn't a cold sore. Best to check with a doctor though.
