Omperazole
My 15 week old has finally been prescribed omperazole after gaviscon stopped working. She is back to being in pain during feeds ( arching back/kicking legs) she also has cmpa has been on neocate for 2 weeks. We are starting the omperzole tomorrow first thing, when did you start to see improvement with your baby? Hate seeing her in so much pain😭

Personally after a couple of days we saw improvements but for different symptoms however my first had severe cmpa and when she was in pain like that we often found baby massage and together hold to be amazingly helpful! Also another pain with coma is it take about a month for the milk protein to leave the body which can cause upset too 🤦🏻♀️x not sure if any of this helps but I hope it does
CMPA and breastfeeding. On day 3 of omeprazole and she’s a different baby (although not sure if that’s just a lull in the sleep regression)
Noticeable difference within 24 hours and improving ever since. Although she has had 1x episode diarrhoea a day within 4 hours of having it.
