I have two kids and my life and brain feels like chaos (4yrs / 9months) . Whether I’m alone with both or with my husband, I feel like I’m trying to juggle everything and my brain/surrounding is so noisy with everyones needs and trying to get through the day I sometimes find it hard to enjoy my time with them both. I feel like I’m missing out and struggling to be in the moment - does anyone else find this? Have you found anything that’s worked or helped?

Two is chaos! Time helps. The kids grow up a little and you sort of get used to it. Hang in there, you're doing great.

This is the moment. The chaos is the moment. You are doing great. You are in good company. Declutter as much as you can so you have less to care for. It does get easier. Purge like your life depends on it

thanks - reassuring to know it’s not just me and also it gets better 💖

I have a 6 month old and almsot 3.5yo and totally feel this 😅 just trying to hang on and enjoy the ride (and the rare coinciding naps)

Hello we are in the same boat here with a 3.5 month old and an almost 3 year old. I just try to enjoy them in the moment. Some days it is so hard but other days are so wonderful. Hang in there mama youre not alone 😊

Make sure to feed yourself. I have three kids about 22 months apart each and it gets over whelming and house falls into chaos so fast and I can't ever seem to catch up... but also so what if the dish are stacked let's go for a walk and while on the walk i take time to breath and let go. I've started water color painting and prioritize myself, my sleep and my heath. And it helps. But in all things be small. 8 like water color because tou can only work in tiny increments before you have to stop and let it dry. I work out while they all eat breakfast. I clean up after bed but never past nine.
Also they all nap at 1:30... the 4.5 is starting to drop his nap but he is still required to lay on his bed and look at books for at least and hour and stay playing quietly for 2.
And then we have started Saturday dates (or errand) dad takes one kid each week then I take one kid each week. As a sahm it's so nice having special 1 on 1 time

I felt like this and was so grateful when my little one took her nap with my son. I was able to finally get time to myself.
