July Baby

Is anyone worried about being in the third trimester during the summer? I've heard it can be rough because of the heat.

i’ve been told the same, i’m on my first.. and i’m just counting the days to go to hurricane harbor loll!!! my mom is telling me i’m out of my mind but im waitingggg!

Luckily my AC works good but I want to be able to go outside without sweating nonstop lol 🙃

With my first I developed panic attacks in the summer because the heat made it feel difficult to breathe. I would wake up at night thinking I was suffocating. Recommend having A/C if you can. 😅 if not worse case stick your head in the freezer.

I only need to get through June and the first week of July hopefully unless baby is early then just June

It depends as long im not overheated ill be ok

I plan on being in the AC or Water. Nothing in between 😂

Hah my first was born in July and yes it’s rough but also.. swimming!! And staying inside where there’s ac!!

Avatar

Did it with my first pregnancy too it sucks if you have to get out but I mostly stayed inside in the ac lol

I was due in August, ended up giving birth in September and bc I’m in the UK our houses don’t have AC and I was UNCOMFORTABLE

My first was end of May and yes it does indeed suck LOL but just stock up on maternity shorts and bikers. Also look into belly tape that helped me a ton too

I had my first in July, and I live in Florida lol I didn’t find it unbearable. I’d just walk (to try to go into labor) early morning or later in the evening and stay indoors as much as possible during the hottest parts of the day. I’m due May 24th with my second, so I’ll miss the worst of the summer heat this time!

Regarding the seasons, I'm just vaguely annoyed that I'll miss 6 prime weeks in my pool after he's born.

yeah it’s about to be hell in the south 😂

Ummm yes. This is my 3rd baby being born in summer. 15 years ago, my daughter in the middle of June. My son from 2024, July. And this baby is due August 3rd!
I remember two years ago it was so hot I couldn't even be outside with my new baby. 😩 The most was 5 maybe 10 minutes because of the humidity. Evening time wasn't too bad, or early morning. But during the day was a lot of inside time.

It can definitely be rough during the heat. My first born who is now 10 was born July 19 and I had my ac on 24/7 and ice water was my best friend. I’m currently pregnant now due in July and where I work my boss does NOT let the air be turned down past 71 and with the store doors opening constantly it gets hot in here during the summer so I’m a little worried about that! But I have a rechargeable fan and ice water near by at all times. And I take lots of sitting breaks.

I am worried about it for sure. 😭 a lot of my work tends to not have AC. Also nyc isn’t set up well for heat. I’m walking places a lot and to the subway platform which also has no AC. I live on a fourth floor pre war walk up building with window ac units. I’m not excited I just know I’m going to be so sweaty and uncomfortable. July baby was not a purposeful plan. Lol But I know my little guy will be worth it.

This will be my third summer baby and it never really affected me. It was very rare to have to be outside for long periods of time. Stay inside and enjoy the AC or a nice swimming pool with shade and get a portable fan with water spritzer if needed.

Im due in 6th of July but im going die this summer. I physically can't handle if I get to hot. So im hoping I dont burn up while carrying little kiwi. Im keep a fan with me 24/7

Just found out we’re having a baby girl 🩷

So excited that we just had a private gender scan at 15+4! Confirmed everything was okay with little girl, strong heartbeat of 149bpm and all her organs, bones etc are looking good and healthy so far!
I have my 16 week midwife appointment this afternoon as well, so feels like the most exciting new-mum day ever!
Just wanted to share how excited I am!
Any other early April mums know the gender yet? 🩷🩷

Third trimester 😭

Hey, mommy friends! 🫶🏽 I’m currently in my third trimester with baby #3, due December 7th, and whew… why is it SO hard this go-round?! 😩

Are there any other mamas just pushing through these last few weeks, too? I would genuinely love to connect with someone who understands this season so we can get through it together. We can be exhausted together, talk through the mood swings, complain about all the aches and pains, and still share those little moments of excitement as we get closer to meeting our babies. 🥹

Honestly, I’ve been feeling pretty lonely this pregnancy, even though I have a super supportive husband and two little ones who are always trying their best to help Mommy out. 🫶🏽 Sometimes, I think you just need someone who’s going through the same thing and can truly relate to how you’re feeling.

So, if you’re in your third trimester, expecting around the same time, or just need a mama friend to lean on, let’s connect! We don’t have to go through these last few weeks feeling alone. We can encourage each other, check in on one another, and count down to meeting our little blessings together. 🤰🏽

Early gender test

Has anyone done the early gender blood tests? I was told you can do them as early as 7 weeks just wanted to see if anyone has had them done before and if they turned out to be accurate ?

4 weeks 4 days

So happy to find out I am pregnant again. I have a four year old little boy who I know will be the best big brother. I miscarried in April and it was the worst experience I just hope this baby sticks. It’s so wanted ❤️
