You’re at the check out and notice the cashier gives you senior citizen discount. You’re very clearly under the cut off. Would you be excited for the extra savings or offended?

I would not be upset in the slightest.
I look younger than I actually am, so I’d just assume they were 1.) in the groove of giving the discount because of the time of day I was shopping 2.) a comrade who cares about their fellow worker more than their employer

I would absolutely not care. Less money. Is less money.

I wouldn't be bothered..I'd assume that she was in the giving mood and noticed I have 4 kids and could use a little discount?

I worked at a grocery store in college and I’d try to find a way to help customers out if they were regulars or really nice. I’d even mark in different fruits or veggies so the price would come down. Like yea I know you got organic but lemme ring in the ones on sale

Im 28 and I wasn't challenged for buying medication (its challenge if you look under 25 from what I saw) and i was like damn i guess I look my age lol

It’s either you are a senior and got a discount or you’re not a senior and got a discount. Either way you got a discount. I wouldn’t be upset at all. 😂
