Hi all. I’m struggling with my 18 month old’s sleeping regression. He’s been sleeping through the night since he was about 4 months old. Until now we haven’t had any bad sleep regressions. The poor guy has 3 molars coming in all at the same time. I honestly can’t blame him, but I also have a 3 month old so it’s a struggle. Anyways just hoping for some new tricks. Thanks

I like to add chamomile tea to my sons milk before bed he seemed to enjoy it on top of Tylenol. Taking him out for walks or to the park seems to be a good distraction too or maybe something he enjoys that you don’t normally let him do for example my son has a ottoman in his room he likes to stand on and flip the lights stitch I don’t like him playing on it but on days he wasn’t feeling good I stood there for a good while just letting him turn it on and off making sure he didn’t fall😂
