Somebody please help me.
She’s crying, I’m crying. Idk what to do. Husband isn’t here rn and my mom’s asleep.
She’s not hungry, diapers freshly changed, she doesn’t seem uncomfortable in any way. She just seems tired but can’t fall asleep. She’s been doing this for a few days now, just fighting sleep. I refuse to let her cry it out and I’m doing everything I know and can do at this time. She’ll take the boob but keep stretching away every few seconds. She keeps chewing on her hand like she’s hungry but won’t eat cause she already did 30 minutes ago. I’m just at a loss and starting to get stressed. Nothing is helping.

How old is she?

Has she possibly started teething? Wind? Or maybe the sleep regression is starting, try a dark room rocking her to sleep with some white noise on, it’s really hard I know and you must be exhausted. It does get better though xx

You could also try and re set - I would bath my LO and it re sets him then I start again

Sounds like 4 months sleep changes, it's hard, but they're going through a permanent change in their sleep cycles, so it can take some getting used to for their bodies.

Sorry you had a rough night. The 3-5 month period was rough on and off and these nights unfortunately just happen sometimes. You’ll know it’s teething when there is SO much dribble too.

Sounds like 4 month sleep regression came early. My baby was like this lasted 1-2 weeks. It is so tiring but be assured it doesn’t last long, it’s so hard when you’re in the middle of it but you’ll get through this. Fingers crossed it is short lived for you.

Re-set.. Bath or walk outside or bounce around singing. X
