I feel like I’ve absolutely no idea what I’m doing, I feel helpless and overwhelmed but incredibly lonely.
Does it get easier? Anyone fancy a friend to talk through it with?

I read to my baby and talked to her about my day and what we had to look forward to. You will find your feet but it’s an unknown/unexpected environment.
