I newly found out that I have PCOS and have been unable to get pregnant. I’m taking Letrozole, but haven’t started ovulating yet. I’m 22 and desperately want a baby. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Inositol supplements helped me first time alongside acupuncture which brought back my ovulation. This time I tried metformin and that worked

Myo-inositol took me from one or two periods a year to 31 day cycles on the dot and pregnant x

Another vote for Myo-inositol but also the Low GI diet! Inositol brought my cycle down to around 40 days, but I fell pregnant within 2 months of the low GI diet! Xx

Highly recommend having some testing done to determine the main drivers of your pcos. I spent months trying to cut carbs and taking Myo inositol while my cycle got longer and more irregular only to eventually realize stress was my main driver. As soon as i started focusing on sleeping more and being mindful of my stress my cycles became regular again. I also have to stress the importance of finding a way that works for you to track ovulation so that even if you ovulate rarely you can still make the most of any chances you do have
