by workput I mean anything, steps, running, yoga, pilates, whatever as long as it is moving your body in some way. Even if it's 10 or 15 min a day!!
I've started doing yoga everyday, for 20/30 min and it has been a game changer (especially for my back lol) I feel happier, and when I force myself to actually doing it, even if I'm tired, I always end up feeling better

I've been trying to get into doing steps on days where I don't leave the house which has been pretty much every day lately. My boyfriend works near our home so I go see him on his afternoon break and we walk around gets me roughly 2000 steps in. Used to do workouts on my samsung watch before I got pregnant but I struggle to stay motivated. Sounds like yoga had been great for you, hope you continue to enjoy it.

I’m a sahm but I go out most days so I get 10k steps most days. Home weights every other day (3kg and 5kg dumbbells) and I have salsa classes twice a week, at the end of the night of salsa I get 18-19k steps in. Been dancing for 3yrs. I did Pilates and Zumba twice a week for 2yrs PP ($13 a class) then that got a bit monotonous (and free salsa lessons came up on my IG feed lol and I wanted to try it) so I switched over to salsa and bachata (both lessons in the one night, 7-9 then social dancing till 1am, Tuesdays paid $80/month and Fridays free at the club)

Still on leave until May so I’ve been working out. Mondays are run days & legs. I also have pole class at night. Tuesday is core. Wednesday is full body. Rest. Friday is quads & hamstrings. Saturday is cardio then rest.

We have a y membership and they have childcare so I’m very lucky. We go 4-5 times a week

I go to the gym 3x a week and walk in between and dance every morning. I follow someone on YouTube for her routines

Trying to start!

Never and it shows 😭 I’m starting a new fitness plan tomorrow so I can hopefully lose what I gained after breastfeeding

I go to the gym maybe 5/7 days in the week on average. Sometimes more, like at night if I'm restless and can't sleep.
If I'm not at the gym I literally walk everywhere. I also work for myself, so my schedule is whatever I want it to be usually.
