Anyone have any advice for getting my energy back and feeling more normal again like I used to before pregnancy?
I already know to eat healthy, rest when I can, and exercise (though I haven’t gotten to that one yet). I’m 2 and a half months postpartum for reference. 🙏 any advice is appreciated.

TBH I know exactly what you're talking about. At times I was worried to never feel like myself or normal again. But I did/do and you will too!
The newborn phase was definitely the toughest. The hormones, the sleep deprivation, the total change of every day life etc ..
But please believe when I tell you it will get easier and easier! It's only a season, and it will pass for easier seasons..
My best advice: try to at least once a week meet with other moms at Mommy & me classes or playgrounds..
To hear that others going through the exact same thing often helps
But like I said: remember it's only a season, and soon you will have a wonderful little person who will make you laugh every day 💛🙌😊

I know fatigue is part of postpartum but my mind always goes to thyroid issues if fatigue consists for a long time. Never a mistake to check your levels…

Get bloods checked. Might have abnormal Iron, b12, Vitamin D, Thyroid etc.
Keep hydrated with electrolytes. I used Humantra sachets ☺️
