is this swollen?

Either a VERY chunky baby or definitely swollen does her arm always look chunky or is it new

Are both arms the same? Do they feel the same? Then probably not swollen. Look at other pictures for comparison, like maybe one from last week. It’s hard to tell with a picture of a baby I’ve never seen before lol but my guess is maybe, because that looks like she might just be chunky (so cute!)

Is the other arm equally as chunky? And has she been exposed to anything new that might cause swelling or show any symptoms

Do you have a "normal" picture to compare it to?

I am not a doctor but that look so swollen to me.
I dont think these are just fat rolls.

Her hand is way smaller then her upper arm.

I would take her in just to make sure.

My daughters arms are the same way and so are her legs (her legs especially shes got the thunder thigh legs of pure baby muscle and fat) and it’s totally normal. As long as it looks similar to how it looked in previous photos and there’s no reason for possible swelling ie a bite, injury etc and the arm isn’t hot to the touch or red then I’d say it’s just her normal body and not to worry people always want to make us worry and overthink and im sure they mean well but it’s more damaging to a momma thats already an over thinker (im that mom btw lol) you know your baby don’t let anyone tell you different please! Trust your instincts always
