I'm not sure how chuckie cheese parties are. If they give you money to play or not if you're in the party. And then I'm wondering if it's an actual birthday party or if they're just going to chuckie cheese. Some guy in my building told me a couple weeks ago that his son's birthday is today and he's thinking of doing chuckie cheese. They sent an invite but I feel so insecure not being able to afford anything. Like if they don't have food for example. Idk what to do.

If they are doing an actual party there that means there should be play cards for the kids for the games it comes with the birthday party the only thing you gotta pay for probably if he didn’t already is socks for the trampoline

Also (not really related to the birthday) if you wanna take your kid there but low on money download the Groupon app there’s so much stuff on there that you can do with your kids or you and friends and it gives you really good deals for the places on there

The best thing to do is clarify with the dad who invited you, so you know what to expect if you do go.
If he purchased a party package usually the kids get a meal and some time in the play area. If you go as well, you may be expected to pay for your own food or any additional games.
If they are just paying general admission and didn’t rent the party space, you may be expected to pay for entry, food, and tokens.
The norm where I live (Ontario, Canada) is for the host parents to book the party space and cover the basic costs of all invited children, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invite, but it might be different in your area.
