Hello! We are planning on travelling to Spain when my little girl will be around 6/7 months old. I need tips please! She is formula fed so will be taking the pre made bottles for the flight and a tub of powder for when we are there.
Any tips on bottles/sterilising on the plane and in Spain.
Strollers (don't want to take our main pram incase it gets damaged in transit)
Any tips at all about absolutely everything to do with travelling with a baby is much appreciated. Or a checklist if anyone has one 😊
Thank you

Spain is super easy. You can get everything you get in a supermarket here, there including all big brand formula. So don’t panic about taking the exact amount etc.
We take a collapsible bucket and Milton tablets for sterilising.
Plane is super easy at that age she she won’t on the move. Take a couple of toys and snacks if you have started weaning.
We prefer to take baby in a carrier through the airport.
I’d suggest getting a second hand ‘good’ stroller. We got a second hand ergo metro 6 years ago and it’s still going strong with our second.

What does everyone do about car seat for transfer?

We take our car seat.

- milton sterilising kit and tablets
- her own cutlery/plates
- milton sterilising wipes (a god send)
- new toys she’s never seen before for the plane (best tip anyone has ever given me for travel!)
- swim nappies
- lots of baby friendly sun cream - the purest one i found on the onskin app was child’s farm
- a towel poncho is v useful for the baby hang around after coming out of the pool wet
- lots of melty snacks to keep them quiet on the plane
- a few emergency food pouches
- portable bottle warmer
- swim suits that are long sleeves and have legs and come with a uv hat
- ring float with a sun shade
